Meet Our Veterinarians
Dr. Patrick Knaak
Dr. Patrick Knaak graduated from the University of Illinois College of Veterinary Medicine in 2015 after earning his Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Sciences from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
Dr. Knaak has professional interests in soft tissue and orthopedic surgery, ultrasound, cytology, and ophthalmology.
Outside of the clinic, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Karen, as well as waterskiing, fishing, hunting, golfing, and playing hockey, soccer, and broomball.
Dr. Sherry Siragusa
Dr. Sherry Siragusa earned her veterinary degree from Purdue University after completing her undergraduate studies at Eastern Illinois University. She has special professional interests in internal medicine and dermatology.
Originally from Mendota, Dr. Siragusa grew up on a farm where she helped raise cattle and pigs and also raised, trained, and showed Quarter Horses.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Siragusa enjoys spending time with her husband and their three sons, all of whom have worked or continue to work at the clinic. She currently has three cats and enjoys sports, traveling, and gaming.
Dr. Amanda Rich
Dr. Amanda Rich graduated from the University of Missouri College of Veterinary Medicine in 2023. Prior to veterinary school she received her Bachelors of Science degree in Animal Sciences from the University of Wisconsin- Platteville.
Dr. Rich is originally from Eureka, IL where she continues to raise Southdown sheep with her family. Dr. Rich and her husband Jacob have 2 children, along with their pup, Roscoe and two cats, Bo and Luke. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with family while hiking, boating, and riding ATVs.
